1. The service
JayWolfz Mail provides email mailboxes on the @jywlfz.com domain and, on paid plans, attached custom domains. The service includes webmail access and standard IMAP/SMTP protocols, inbound spam filtering and signed outbound delivery.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your mailbox and for keeping your password secure. One human may hold multiple mailboxes; automated mass account creation is not permitted and may be rate-limited or paused without notice.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not send unsolicited bulk mail that violates applicable anti-spam laws of the recipient's jurisdiction.
- Do not use the service for phishing, malware distribution, or harvesting addresses.
- Do not exceed fair-use sending rates — see the limits published on the features page and in your account panel.
- Do not resell the service without a written agreement.
4. Suspension and termination
Accounts that materially violate these terms may be suspended after notice where practicable, and terminated for repeated or serious violations. You may close your account at any time; paid plans are refunded pro rata for unused full months.
5. Availability
We target 99.9% monthly availability, tracked publicly on the status page. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and performed inside low-traffic windows.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes
We may amend these terms with 30 days' notice by email and on this page. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
